Joaquín Gutiérrez Caballero leads Abelardo's Colombian presidential campaign

Joaquín Gutiérrez Caballero joined De La Espriella Lawyers in 2006 as sub‑manager, coming from the Fiscalía General where he had advised prosecutor Mario Iguarán. He holds a business‑administration degree with a health‑management specialization and is not a lawyer. His organizational skills helped the firm grow nationally and later he applied the same expertise to politics, becoming the chief of campaign for presidential candidate Abelardo.

In his role, Gutiérrez coordinates the candidate’s agenda, organizes events, manages political relationships and acts as the primary filter for information reaching Abelardo. As the June 21 election approaches, he continues to ensure the campaign operation runs smoothly.
