Joaquín Prat cuts live broadcast after verbal altercation in Madrid

During a live segment of the program ‘El tiempo justo’, presenter Joaquín Prat terminated a remote connection from Puerta del Sol following a heated confrontation between collaborator Aldo Comas and a protester.

The dispute began when the activist criticized police actions regarding public education protests. Comas intervened to defend the police, leading to a verbal escalation where he accused protesters of using drugs and used the term ‘perroflautas’. The tension peaked when the protester responded by calling Comas a ‘cocainómano’.

Despite Prat’s attempts to moderate the language and lower the tension, the insults continued, prompting the presenter to halt the broadcast.
