Romania to host graduate job fairs in Argeș and Bucharest

Two major job fairs for graduates and job seekers are scheduled to take place in Romania on October 9, 2026.

In Argeș, the County Agency for Employment (AJOFM) is organizing an event at Argeș Mall. The fair aims to facilitate direct interaction between employers and candidates, specifically targeting the 2026 graduating class to help mitigate challenges related to a lack of professional experience. The event is free for all participants and seeks to increase employment rates by connecting labor supply with demand.

In Bucharest, the Municipal Agency for Employment (AMOFM) will host a large-scale recruitment session at the National Children's Palace. This initiative is designed to ease the transition from education to the professional workforce and address personnel shortages in the capital's commercial networks. The event will offer platforms for private companies to interact directly with qualified youth, accelerating the hiring process for both internships and permanent positions.
