Job fairs in Alajuela and Bogotá open over 250 positions

The Universidad Técnica Nacional (UTN) will host a job fair called ExpoTalento UTN 2026 in Alajuela, Costa Rica on Wednesday, 29 July. More than 20 companies—including Almacenes El Rey, Grupo Unicomer, Starbucks, Heineken, and Linde—will be present to collect resumes and fill roles across commerce, food, logistics, services, industry, hospitality and customer service.

In Bogotá, the Talento Capital initiative, together with the Agencia Distrital de Empleo and the Secretaría Distrital de Desarrollo Económico, will hold an employment day on Monday, 27 July. The event offers 250 vacancies, with 200 in‑person roles such as service leaders, cashiers, waitstaff, kitchen assistants and bartenders, and 50 virtual positions for vehicle sales advisors. Applicants must bring a current résumé and identity document, and the process is free of charge.
