Jocelyn Blanchard faces misconduct allegations at ESTAC Troyes
Jocelyn Blanchard, the sporting director at ESTAC Troyes and former RC Lens player, is facing several internal reports regarding alleged misconduct. Female employees have reportedly raised concerns involving sexist remarks, insinuations, and inappropriate physical gestures.
The situation has drawn attention from the City Football Group (CFG), the owner of ESTAC, following the arrival of Elisa Sicking-Bressler, CFG’s safeguarding lead, in Troyes on September 30 and October 1 to monitor the case. The safeguarding department is tasked with preventing and addressing abuse, violence, and harassment.
While the club's management and the social and economic committee (CSE) have been informed, these remain internal reports. No legal proceedings have been initiated, and no judicial decisions have been made regarding the allegations. Neither ESTAC nor Blanchard has provided immediate comment, though the club stated it will communicate once it has verified information.
