Jodeci announces reunion tour for 35th anniversary of debut album

R&B group Jodeci is reuniting for the ‘Forever My Lady 35th Anniversary Tour’ to celebrate the legacy of their landmark 1991 debut album. Members K-Ci Hailey and Mr. Dalvin noted that the timing felt right to return to the stage and connect with fans through their classic catalog.

Reflecting on their early career, the group recalled a chaotic performance in Washington, D.C., which served as a turning point in their rise to fame. During an outdoor event, fans rushed the stage and nearly overturned the group’s van, an incident Dalvin described as the moment they realized their popularity had become impossible to ignore. The debut album, ‘Forever My Lady’, reached No. 1 on the Billboard Top R&B Albums chart and achieved triple platinum status in the United States.
