Hunter Biden has revealed that his father, former U.S. President Joe Biden, is facing a severe health decline as his prostate cancer has metastasized to his bones and other parts of his body. In an emotional interview with BBC News, Hunter described the condition as “very painful” and “very debilitating.”
Joe Biden, 83, was originally diagnosed with an aggressive form of prostate cancer in May 2025, shortly after leaving the White House. At the time of diagnosis, the cancer was described as hormone-sensitive and had a Gleason score of 9. While the former president underwent radiation and hormone treatments, recent updates indicate the disease has progressed significantly.
Former First Lady Jill Biden previously noted that the diagnosis came as a shock to the family and mentioned that the cancer had already spread to the bones by the time it was discovered.
