Joe Burrow reaffirms long-term commitment to Cincinnati Bengals

Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow has reaffirmed his commitment to the franchise, stating, “I’m here for the long haul. I’m not going anywhere.” The comments follow previous speculation regarding his future after ambiguous remarks made in December.

Burrow, who is under contract through 2030, expressed pride in representing the city of Cincinnati, the state of Ohio, and the Brown family. He emphasized a championship mindset, noting that he aims to bring a “now-or-never mentality” to the team's daily process.

The Bengals have bolstered their defense during the offseason with additions such as Dexter Lawrence, Jonathan Allen, Boye Mafe, and Bryan Cook. Burrow, who was limited to eight games last season due to injury, leads a team looking to rebound after a 6-11 finish and three consecutive seasons without a playoff appearance. The Bengals are scheduled to face the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in their season opener.
