Joe Cullen loses to James Wade following gallbladder surgery

Professional darts player Joe Cullen revealed he underwent gallbladder surgery in the lead-up to the World Grand Prix. The 37-year-old Englishman noted that while he has returned to training, he has not yet fully recovered and mentioned that it is ‘still a little bit sore in places.’

Cullen expressed frustration regarding his consistency this year, stating that he often does not know how he will perform from one game to the next. Despite his efforts to prepare for the tournament, he was defeated by James Wade in a 2-1 set match, preventing him from reaching the second round of the competition.
