Joe Jackson Docuseries Announced by Marlon Jackson on BLK PRIME

Marlon Jackson and his brothers announced an eight‑episode documentary series titled “The Manager. The Mythology. The Legends” that will premiere on the streaming platform BLK PRIME. The series, developed in collaboration with Marlon, will explore the life of their father, Joseph Walter “Joe” Jackson, the patriarch who managed the Jackson 5 and shaped the careers of Michael, Janet and the rest of the family.

The docuseries addresses Joe Jackson’s controversial legacy, including Michael’s allegations of physical abuse and Janet’s remarks about his strict parenting, while also featuring family members who credit him with protecting the children from industry excesses.
