Joe & Mac Retro Collection brings classic arcade titles to modern consoles

Red Art Games is releasing the Joe & Mac Retro Collection, a compilation of three prehistoric platforming and action games originally from the Super Nintendo era. The collection includes the classic Joe & Mac: Caveman Ninja, the spin-off Congo’s Caper, and the sequel Joe & Mac 3: Lost in the Tropics.

Scheduled for release on October 29, 2026, the collection will be available on Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and PC. The compilation features modern enhancements designed to improve the retro experience, such as save states, CRT filters, customizable frames, and a Boss Rush mode. The games also support local two-player co-op, allowing players to navigate prehistoric environments and battle dinosaurs together.
