Joeman leases office in Sanchong's tallest building

Influencer Joeman has leased a 150-坪 (approximately 530 square meter) office space in the Qun Guang Building, the tallest building in the Sanchong District of New Taipei City. The office reportedly underwent approximately 12 million TWD in renovations.

Industry experts estimate the monthly rent for the space to be between 150,000 and 180,000 TWD, based on local market rates of 1,000 to 1,200 TWD per ping. The Qun Guang Building, completed in 2015, serves as a landmark industrial and office tower in the area.
