Joey Feek remembered 10 years after death

Family members, friends, and musical collaborators are marking the 10th anniversary of the death of country music singer Joey Feek. Feek, who was part of the husband-and-wife duo Joey and Rory, passed away on March 4, 2016, at the age of 40 following a battle with cancer.

Born Joey Marie Martin in Indiana, she moved to Nashville in 2002 to pursue her musical ambitions. After working for an equestrian veterinarian, she met her future husband and musical partner, Rory Feek. Those close to her have shared memories of her hardworking nature and her deep connection to country music and her fans.
