Jogi Ramesh condemns politicization of family dispute

Jogi Ramesh, a former Andhra Pradesh Minister and leader of the YSR Congress Party (YSRCP), has condemned efforts to politicize a private marital dispute involving his son, Rajeev, and daughter-in-law, Meghana.

Ramesh stated that his son filed for divorce following personal differences, despite family attempts at reconciliation. He noted that an FIR has been registered against 11 family members and specifically challenged allegations of religious conversion mentioned in the complaint. Ramesh emphasized that his family respects all religions and participates in various religious rituals.

Furthermore, Ramesh alleged that his family is the target of a misinformation campaign involving fake videos, audio, and AI-generated content. He accused political rivals of using these personal matters to malign him and questioned why certain media outlets are broadcasting private family issues.
