John Abraham and Shivam Nair to reunite for action thriller

Actor John Abraham and director Shivam Nair are reuniting for a new, untitled high-octane action thriller. The project follows their previous collaboration on "The Diplomat," which focused on the real-life efforts of Indian diplomat J. P. Singh.

Described as a "two-hero action thriller," the film will feature two equally prominent lead characters. While Abraham is confirmed for one role, casting for the parallel lead is currently underway. The project is expected to enter production by the end of this year, with a planned theatrical release in late 2027.

This upcoming film is part of a busy lineup for Abraham, which includes "Force 3" with Harshvardhan Rane and Rohit Shetty's "IPS Maria," a biographical drama based on former Mumbai Police Commissioner Rakesh Maria.
