John Alexander relists Southern Highlands estate for $26 million
Former Crown Resorts executive chairman John Alexander and his wife, Alice Alexander, have relisted their Southern Highlands estate, known as Paloma, with a price guide of $26 million to $28 million. This represents a significant reduction from the property’s 2024 listing price, which was north of $40 million.
The 39-hectare property in Robertson features an ultra-contemporary main residence composed of glass, concrete, and steel, completed in 2018. The estate includes eight bedrooms, six bathrooms, two self-contained studios, a three-bedroom cottage, stables, a riding arena, an orchard, and rose gardens.
The Alexanders are selling the property to relocate to Italy, where they have owned a residence in Piedmont for 25 years.
