John Boyega reveals secret marriage and birth of first child

Actor John Boyega has revealed that he has been secretly married to actress Lashontae “Tae” Heckard for nearly two years. The Star Wars actor shared the news through social media and a recent interview with The Guardian, where he explained that the couple chose to have a small, private ceremony rather than a large public event. He noted that they would like to hold a larger traditional Nigerian wedding celebration in the future.

Boyega also confirmed the arrival of his first child, a baby boy. Through an Instagram post, he shared photos of his growing family, including images of Heckard and a video of him with their newborn. He mentioned that he is also a stepfather to Heckard’s son. The actor expressed that his family life has left him feeling “completely, completely fulfilled.”
