John Carver linked to Radomiak Radom following Lechia Gdańsk departure

Former Lechia Gdańsk manager John Carver is reportedly seeking a return to the Polish Ekstraklasa. Following his departure from Lechia Gdańsk on June 10, 2026, after the club's relegation, Carver has expressed a strong desire to continue working in the Polish top flight.

Reports indicate that Carver recently met with a high-ranking official from Radomiak Radom at a hotel in Warsaw. This development comes as Radomiak currently utilizes Rafał Grzyb, who took over as interim coach following Tomasz Kaczmarek's move to Raków Częstochowa. While Carver was previously linked to Wieczysta Kraków, those negotiations did not result in a contract. His tenure at Lechia Gdańsk was marked by efforts to stabilize the club amidst financial difficulties and point deductions, despite the eventual relegation.
