John Grisham's 'Island of Ghosts' Czech Translation Released Amid New Book Launches

A Czech translation of John Grisham's legal thriller "Island of Ghosts" (original title "Camino Ghosts") was published by Euromedia Group in July 2026. The novel follows Mercer Mannová, who, together with Lovely Jacksonová, battles a powerful developer over a cursed barrier island off Florida's north coast. The translation was prepared by Irena Steinerová and recorded as part of Euromedia’s Kalibr edition.

In the same period, several other books were announced for the Czech market. Tahereh Mafi’s fourth installment of the "I Am Split" series, James Clavell’s classic "King Rat", Frost Kay’s fantasy "The Bride of the Dragon Court", Takuya Asakura’s short story collection "The Disappearing Bookstore Under the Sakura", and Olga Krumlovská’s horoscopes for 2027 were all listed with publishers, page counts, and prices ranging from 299 to 499 CZK.
