John Obi Mikel criticizes Cristiano Ronaldo and Jordan Henderson

Former Chelsea midfielder John Obi Mikel has made several controversial remarks regarding prominent footballers during an episode of his Obi One Podcast.

Mikel criticized Cristiano Ronaldo for walking out on the Portuguese national team following a disagreement with coach Jorge Jesus. Despite Ronaldo's subsequent apology, Mikel argued that the striker's decision to leave the camp after being dropped for a UEFA Nations League match against Norway has “tainted his legacy” and set a poor example for others to follow.

Mikel also commented on Jordan Henderson's move to Chelsea. While acknowledging Henderson's recent performance and his potential to provide leadership in the dressing room, Mikel stated that the former Liverpool captain will never be considered “one of us” due to his extensive history and legendary status with Liverpool.
