John Travolta transforms for role in JFK assassination film

Actor John Travolta has undergone a physical transformation for his role in the upcoming biographical film ‘November 1963’. In the newly released trailer, Travolta appears with slicked-back hair and a groomed mustache to portray Italian-American mobster John Roselli, a departure from his usual appearance.

The film explores the 48-hour period surrounding the assassination of President John F. Kennedy, focusing on the alleged connection between the Kennedy family and the ‘Chicago Outfit’ crime syndicate. The narrative suggests that the mob, led by Sam Giancana, may have been involved in the assassination as retaliation for pressure placed on organized crime by Attorney General Robert F. Kennedy.

Written by Nicki Celozzi, the nephew of Sam Giancana, the film features Mandy Patinkin as Anthony Accardo and Dermot Mulroney. The story is told from the perspective of Pepe Giancana, Sam’s brother.
