Johnny Depp and Amber Heard pursue new paths in Hollywood and Spain

Johnny Depp is reportedly experiencing a Hollywood comeback, with discussions underway regarding his potential return to the role of Captain Jack Sparrow in a new ‘Pirates of the Caribbean’ film. Producer Jerry Bruckheimer has confirmed that talks are happening, though the script is still being developed and filming may not begin until 2027. Depp is also involved in other projects, including an adaptation of Charles Dickens’ story as Ebenezer Scrooge and the Lionsgate thriller ‘Day Drinker’.

Meanwhile, Amber Heard has transitioned to a more private life in Spain. Following her departure from California, she has focused on health and personal discipline. She recently completed her first semimarathon in Donostia-San Sebastián, finishing the 21.1-kilometer course in 1 hour, 39 minutes, and 54 seconds.
