Johnny Stewart wins four races at Manx Grand Prix

Johnny Stewart made history at the Manx Grand Prix by becoming the first rider to win four races in a single meeting. The Scotsman achieved a clean sweep, securing the Sportbike and Supersport titles on Saturday, followed by the Junior title and the Senior title on Monday.

In the Senior race, Stewart rode a Ducati V2 to victory on the Mountain Course, finishing 35.823 seconds ahead of runner-up Eddy Wormald. Stewart maintained a consistent lead throughout the race, narrowly missing a lap record set by Joe Yeardsley.

Eddy Wormald, riding a Suzuki, secured second place and achieved his first 120mph lap during the event. Graham McAleese finished third, following a race where he faced technical concerns regarding fuel levels near Ramsey.
