Johnson Brothers, Edrington Launch Distribution Deal in Four States

Johnson Brothers announced a new distribution partnership with Edrington covering Indiana, Nebraska, North Dakota and South Dakota. The agreement brings Edrington's premium Scotch whisky brands—including The Macallan, Highland Park and The Glenrothes—into Johnson Brothers' sales portfolio in those markets.

Yale Johnson, president of sales for Johnson Brothers, said the collaboration reflects a shared focus on premiumisation and long‑term brand building. Juan Campos, senior vice‑president of Edrington Americas for the U.S. and Canada, highlighted Johnson Brothers' market expertise and noted that The Macallan is the world’s top‑value single‑malt Scotch. The partnership is expected to improve brand reach, customer relationships and sales velocity for ultra‑premium spirits in the four states.

Edrington's reorganisation of its U.S. distribution network also includes recent changes with other distributors in additional states, suggesting a broader strategy to optimise coverage of its high‑end portfolio.
