Johnson & Johnson raises 2026 revenue guidance following Q3 growth

Johnson & Johnson has raised its 2026 revenue guidance to a range of $101.0 billion to $101.4 billion, up from the previous midpoint of $101.1 billion. The company reported third-quarter revenue of approximately $25.4 billion, representing a 5.9% increase.

Growth was primarily driven by the Innovative Medicine division, which saw revenue rise by approximately 7.7% to $16.76 billion. Within this segment, Tremfya helped offset declines in Stelara, contributing $2.4 billion in quarterly sales. The MedTech division grew by 2.5%, reaching $8.64 billion, though some analysts noted it lagged behind expectations.

Adjusted earnings per share (EPS) for 2026 are projected to be between $11.05 and $11.15. While the company shows strong pharmaceutical performance, analysts noted potential earnings dilution in 2027 related to Firefly Bio and Sail Biomedicines, alongside ongoing clinical and regulatory risks.
