Brazilian singer and influencer Jojo Todynho has publicly responded to social media mockery following her announcement that she will make a VIP appearance at the inauguration of Drogaria Rio Mais in Barra da Tijuca, Rio de Janeiro.

Critics on platforms like WhatsApp reportedly mocked the engagement, with some associating the move with the potential decline of betting sponsorships. Todynho clarified that she is a partner in the pharmacy and defended the event as “honest work.” She further denied claims that her wealth was built through gambling, stating, “It wasn't the bet that gave me what I have, but rather financial education.”

Expressing frustration at the judgment, the influencer noted she would not be ashamed to take on simpler jobs if necessary, stating she would return to selling popsicles on trains with pride if required.
