Jolanta Kwaśniewska voted best Polish First Lady in recent poll
A recent United Surveys by IBRiS poll indicates that Jolanta Kwaśniewska is regarded by a majority of Polish voters as the best First Lady since 1989. Approximately 60.5% of respondents identified her as the top First Lady, followed by Maria Kaczyńska at 11.3% and Marta Nawrocka at 8.4%. Her popularity spans the political spectrum; for instance, 88% of voters from the ruling camp and 41% from the opposition support her.
The poll also shows high approval for her husband, Aleksander Kwaśniewski, who was named the best president by 44.7% of respondents.
In terms of finances, media reports indicate that Jolanta Kwaśniewska receives a monthly pension of approximately 3,000 PLN. This differs significantly from her husband's lifelong presidential allowance, which is reported to be 14,200 PLN gross.
