The statement lists 365,000 PLN in cash savings, foreign‑currency holdings of 31,500 EUR and 5,000 USD, and retirement‑related assets including an IKZE fund of 4,692 PLN, a PPE account of 61,012 PLN and a PPK balance of 14,940 PLN. Her primary income source is a salaried position at the county office, amounting to 254,837 PLN, supplemented by recorded earnings of 97,500 PLN, a donation valued at 41,000 PLN, and additional pension‑type contributions. The declaration, publicly posted as required by Polish law, also notes that she holds no large real‑estate assets beyond those disclosed.
