Jomhouri Eslami warns of foreign plots to destabilize Iran

The Iranian newspaper Jomhouri Eslami has issued a warning regarding a purported strategic plan by the United States, the United Kingdom, and Israel to undermine Iran's independence and territorial integrity.

According to an editorial titled ‘Let us draw this devilish map’, the newspaper claims that foreign powers aim to create a rift between the Iranian people and their government. The proposed scenario involves creating social division followed by the assassination of influential figures in the country's administration to induce a state of uncertainty and crisis.

The publication also alluded to a multi-year plan to remove current and former government officials to make way for a domestic political figure who would maintain the appearance of the Islamic Republic while real power remains with foreign designers. While the editorial did not explicitly name former President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, it cited specific political behaviors—such as questioning leadership, using public platforms to criticize current politicians, and certain patterns of social media campaigning—as indicators of involvement in such a scheme.
