Jon Bon Jovi declares full recovery ahead of July 2026 Forever Tour

Jon Bon Jovi, 64, said he is "fully recovered" after undergoing vocal‑cord surgery in 2022 to treat an atrophied cord. The singer explained that the rehabilitation took longer than expected but was ultimately successful, allowing him to resume singing.

He thanked his bandmates – David Bryan, Tico Torres, Phil X and others – for staying by his side throughout the process, describing their support as a “sacrifice on another level.” Bon Jovi said the upcoming tour feels like a rebirth and emphasizes joy over perfection.

The band’s Forever Tour will launch on July 7, 2026 with nine consecutive shows at Madison Square Garden in New York, followed by dates in the United Kingdom and Ireland later in the summer. Bon Jovi also spoke about personal life changes, noting he is a double grandfather and now values simple daily pleasures.

The tour marks Bon Jovi’s first major stadium run since the 2022 concert series, signaling the rock legend’s return to the global stage after a four‑year hiatus.
