Jon Jones discusses Alex Pereira and Gable Steveson

Jon Jones has expressed uncertainty regarding Alex Pereira’s prospects in his upcoming heavyweight bout against Sergei Pavlovich at UFC 335 on December 12 in Las Vegas. Jones noted that Pereira appeared hesitant during his previous fight against Ciryl Gane, which resulted in a second-round knockout loss for the Brazilian.

In a separate discussion, Jones offered support for his protege, Gable Steveson. Following Steveson’s knockout loss to Sean Sharaf at UFC 331, Jones described the former Olympic wrestler as an extraordinary athlete who is in the right headspace to rebound. Jones emphasized his belief in Steveson’s character and professional potential as the athlete returns to training.
