Jona Freund completes political internship with Lars Castellucci

Jona Freund, a 20-year-old from Wiesloch, has completed a multi-week internship at the constituency office of German Member of Parliament Lars Castellucci. During the internship, Freund engaged in various political tasks, including conducting research, processing citizen inquiries, and supporting social media activities.

Freund also participated in the preparation and execution of Castellucci’s “Pizza & Politik” format, which facilitates dialogue between politicians and young people. His experience included attending weekly office meetings involving staff from the Bundestag office and the Federal Foreign Office, as well as visiting the Hubert-Sternberg-Schule and attending a meeting with the new mayor of Bammental.
