Jonas Brothers to headline NFL's first Australian game

The Jonas Brothers have been announced as the headlining act for the halftime show of the NFL’s first-ever regular-season game in Australia. The historic matchup will take place at the Melbourne Cricket Ground on Friday, September 11, 2026, featuring the Los Angeles Rams against the San Francisco 49ers.

The event is part of the NFL’s significant international expansion strategy for the 2026 season, which includes games across seven countries and four continents. The Melbourne game will be broadcast live globally on Netflix and, in Australia, on the Seven Network.

In addition to the Jonas Brothers, the NFL Kickoff Festival in Melbourne will feature performances by various Australian artists, including Peking Duk, Grinspoon, and Sneaky Sound System. The league plans to announce more musical performers for its other international games in the coming weeks.
