Jonathan Di Bella welcomes Wang Junguang title challenge

ONE Strawweight Kickboxing World Champion Jonathan Di Bella has expressed openness to a title defense against Wang Junguang following Wang’s recent victory over Prajanchai Pongsuphan PK. The bout took place on October 16 at Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok during The Inner Circle 35 event.

Wang secured a split-decision win in the strawweight kickboxing main event, improving his record to 31-7. Di Bella, who scored the contest 3-0 in favor of Wang, praised the Chinese fighter’s aggression, conditioning, and hunger for a title shot. In contrast, Di Bella noted that Prajanchai appeared to be out of shape compared to previous performances.

While the win establishes Wang as a top contender, the strawweight Muay Thai championship held by Prajanchai was not transferred as a result of this kickboxing match. Di Bella remains confident in his ability to defend his title regardless of the challenger.
