Jonathan Mulder joins AS Trenčín on loan from 1. FC Slovácko

Jonathan Mulder, a 24-year-old defender, is leaving the Czech club 1. FC Slovácko to join AS Trenčín in Slovakia on a loan deal with an option to buy. Both clubs confirmed the agreement.

Mulder, who was born in Hout, Netherlands, has a diverse football background, having played for academies such as Maccabi Tel Aviv and AFC Amsterdam, as well as professional stints with ADO Den Haag, SC Telstar, and TOP Oss. He previously played for FC Hegelmann in Lithuania.

Slovácko management decided to facilitate the move to ensure Mulder receives regular playing time, as he had primarily featured for the club's reserve team during the current season. Mulder noted that the decision was influenced by a recommendation from his friend, Milan Rundić.
