Joao Felix expresses desire to return to European football

Joao Felix, currently playing for Al-Nassr, has expressed a strong desire to return to European football in the near future. In recent interviews, the 26-year-old Portuguese forward stated his ambition to compete in the Champions League again, though he is unsure if the move will occur at the end of this season or the next.

Felix, who has found success in the Saudi Pro League, also shared his goal of assisting teammate Cristiano Ronaldo in reaching his 1,000th career goal. He reflected on his past experiences, noting that playing for Barcelona was a childhood dream, while explicitly ruling out a move to Real Madrid, calling such a transfer being the ‘biggest traitor in football’.

On the international stage, Felix has regained form with the Portugal national team under manager Jorge Jesus. He recently scored in a UEFA Nations League match against Norway, contributing to a 2-1 victory for Portugal.
