The Metropolitan Civil Guard of João Pessoa conducted an operation in the Timbó community, located in the Bancários district, on Tuesday (27). Supported by the Operations and Intelligence Nucleus (NOI), the action resulted in the arrest of a man with an outstanding arrest warrant.

During the operation, authorities also caught two men in the act of burning copper wires. The suspects were taken to the Civil Police City to face legal proceedings. João Almeida, the Secretary of Urban Security and Citizenship (Semusb), emphasized that the integrated efforts of the Civil Guard aim to protect public property and ensure community safety.
