João Pessoa fuel prices vary, gasoline R$6.17‑R$6.90, alcohol drops

The consumer protection agency (Procon) of João Pessoa surveyed 111 fuel stations on 15 July. Cash gasoline prices ranged from R$6.17 to R$6.90 per litre, a R$0.73 spread, falling R$0.06 from the previous week. Card‑pay gasoline varied between R$6.25 and R$6.69. Alcohol (ethanol) cash prices were between R$4.27 and R$4.99, down R$0.30 week‑on‑week; card prices ranged from R$4.57 to R$5.05. Aditivada gasoline cash prices stayed between R$6.25 and R$6.96. Diesel S10 cash prices fell slightly to a range of R$6.77‑R$7.59, while common diesel was R$6.28‑R$7.07. GNV (natural gas for vehicles) cash prices were R$4.85‑R$4.99.
