João Pessoa municipal schools win national First Lego League titles

Students from the municipal school network of João Pessoa achieved significant success at the national stage of the First Lego League (FLL) held in Rio de Janeiro. The Escola Municipal Ativa Integral (Emai) Escritor Luiz Augusto Crispim secured first place, qualifying for the world championship scheduled for April 2027 in Houston, Texas.

Additionally, students from the Escola Municipal Antônio Santos Coelho earned second place in the overall classification of the ‘Explore’ category. This achievement marks a historic milestone for the city's public education system, as two municipal school teams secured the top two positions in the category, competing against private institutions and traditional schools.
