Entrepreneur Jorbel Jacson Griebeler, a former carpenter's son from Planalto, Brazil, began selling mobile accessories in Ciudad del Este, Paraguay, using only a phone‑book of contacts. Over two decades he built Cellshop into a group that now employs about 1,200 people in Paraguay and Brazil and ranks among the largest taxpayers in Paraguay.

The company’s flagship presence remains in Ciudad del Este, while it readies a definitive market entry in Brazil, marking a significant cross‑border retail expansion in the tri‑border region.
