Jordan Brand to release Air Jordan 1 Low OG featuring official Howard University branding

Jordan Brand is set to release the Air Jordan 1 Retro Low OG ‘Howard’ on October 1 for $155. This new iteration marks a significant shift from previous Howard-inspired releases by incorporating official school branding.

Unlike the 2024 version, which utilized only color cues, this model features ‘Howard Bison’ text and the iconic Wings logo on the heel. The design consists of a navy leather upper, a textured red Swoosh with a white outline, and white detailing on the tongue and midsole. A navy rubber outsole completes the color scheme.

The release continues a partnership established in 2022, which made Howard University the first Historically Black College or University (HBCU) to have Jordan Brand serve as its official athletic outfitter under a 20-year agreement.
