Jordan Football Association unveils new Super Cup trophy

The Jordan Football Association has unveiled a new design for the Jordanian Super Cup trophy as part of an ongoing initiative to modernize the identity of its various tournaments. Designed and crafted by Jordanian artist and craftsman Hussein Al-Azat, the 7.5-kilogram trophy incorporates national and heritage symbols.

The contemporary geometric design features a heptagonal base inspired by the star on the Jordanian flag and includes patterns from 'Sadu', a traditional Jordanian weaving art. The structure is intended to represent two competing teams meeting at the summit, mimicking the sand dunes of the Wadi Rum desert.

The unveiling precedes the Super Cup final between Al-Faisaly and Al-Hussein, scheduled for Friday, August 28, at 8:00 PM at the Amman International Stadium.
