Jordan Michael Kilian, a 34‑year‑old businessman who runs three vehicle‑repair companies in Rochester, Minnesota, was charged with second‑degree assault with a dangerous weapon and a misdemeanor domestic‑assault count after an incident at a home in Cascade Township on July 27. According to court documents, Kilian’s ex‑fiancée said he shoved her into decorative rocks and later, while the her current boyfriend was sleeping upstairs, Kilian allegedly pointed a handgun at the man’s face.
