Jordan national team friendly sparks broadcast quality complaints

Fans and sports followers expressed significant dissatisfaction following technical issues during the friendly football match between the Jordan national team and Syria, held at Al-Quwaysimah Stadium in Amman. The complaints centered on poor broadcast quality, frequent signal interruptions, and low image resolution, particularly during the live stream on YouTube.

Observers noted that the technical failures were inconsistent with the prestige of the Jordanian national team, especially following their recent historic achievements and qualification for the 2026 World Cup. Many called on the Jordan Football Association to review its selection process for companies contracted to handle broadcasting rights and production, urging the use of entities with superior technical capabilities to ensure professional coverage for high-profile national matches.
