Jordanów expands commercial landscape with two new retail parks

Two new retail parks are under construction in Jordanów, sparking discussion among local merchants. For decades, commerce in the town has been concentrated in the Market Square and surrounding streets, but these new developments are situated on the outskirts.

The first site, located on 3 Maja Street near the entrance to the town from Osielec, will cover 3,624 square meters. It is expected to host Lidl, Rossmann, Pepco, and Media Expert, with a projected completion date of February 2027.

A second, larger development called S-Mall Park Jordanów is being built on Zakopiańska Street. This complex is scheduled to open by November and will include a Netto supermarket alongside retailers such as CCC, Sinsay, and Martes Sport. Additionally, the Dino chain is planning a store near Generał Maczek Street.
