Jordyn Tyson exits Saints practice with leg injury

New Orleans Saints rookie wide receiver Jordyn Tyson exited a joint practice with the Jacksonville Jaguars on Thursday due to a leg injury. Head coach Kellen Moore confirmed that Tyson and safety Terrell Burgess both left the field with lower-body issues, noting that the team would seek more information following further evaluation.

Reports indicate the injury may be a hamstring strain. This is a significant concern given Tyson’s medical history; during his time at Arizona State, he dealt with a Grade 2 hamstring strain that impacted his previous season. Tyson, the eighth overall pick in the 2026 NFL Draft, has also previously navigated a fractured clavicle and major knee injuries in college.

The extent of the injury is currently unknown, and the team is expected to await MRI results to determine the severity. The situation is being closely monitored for its potential impact on the Saints' receiving corps and fantasy football projections.
