Jorge Antonio Martínez Quezada appointed SEECH subdirector

Jorge Antonio Martínez Quezada has been appointed as the subdirector of Regional Services for the State Educational Services of Chihuahua (SEECH) in the Northern Zone. The appointment was presented by Roberto Anaya Moreno, the regional subsecretary of Education, and Gerardo Soto Chavarría, the director of Regional Services.

Martínez Quezada holds a law degree from the Universidad Autónoma de Chihuahua (UACH) and master's degrees in Business Law from the Universidad Autónoma de Ciudad Juárez (UACJ) and Political Journalism from the Carlos Septién García School of Journalism. His professional background includes roles as a quality management coordinator and director at the Colegio de Bachilleres del Estado de Chihuahua (Cobach), teaching positions at Tecnológico de Monterrey, and public service roles such as legal auditor for the Chihuahua State Congress and director of the State Reinsertion Center (Cereso) in Ciudad Juárez.
