Jorge Ferraresi outlines governance roadmap during Necochea visit

Jorge Ferraresi concluded a two-day political visit to Necochea and Quequén, where he outlined a governance roadmap and expressed support for councilman Julián Kristiansen. During his visit, Ferraresi proposed a progressive tax system, stating, “Those who have more, pay more,” and advocated for increased contributions from port terminals to fund municipal transformations.

Ferraresi met with various local stakeholders, including chambers of commerce, tourism representatives, and port workers at the Sindicato Unidos Portuarios Argentinos (SUPA). Discussions focused on the local economy, declining consumption, and the operational needs of the Port of Quequén. He also visited the Usina Popular cooperative to discuss community development through cooperative models.

The visit served as a platform for political alignment within Peronism. Ferraresi endorsed Kristiansen’s technical team and ability to lead the district, while positioning his local strategy within a broader political framework that references Governor Axel Kicillof. The presence of various political figures and union representatives signaled an effort to build a broad coalition for future elections.
