Jorge Ferraresi tours San Miguel urging grassroots majorities and criticising Milei government

Former Avellaneda mayor Jorge Ferraresi visited San Miguel in Buenos Aires Province as part of a province‑wide political tour aimed at shaping a project for the 2027 elections. Accompanied by local Justicialist leader Santiago Fidanza and community official Bernarda Meglia, Ferraresi met representatives of more than 20 neighbourhood sports clubs, highlighting the public‑investment model he implemented in Avellaneda to expand facilities and access to sport.

During the visit he called for "building majorities from below" and warned that the national administration of President Javier Milei is abandoning state activity and failing to provide security and public policies. Ferraresi pledged to promote universal policies for youth, women and retirees, and stressed the need for a present, effective state as advocated by Governor Axel Kicillof.
