Spain bullfighting festivals see various successful performances

Various bullfighting events and festivals have taken place across several Spanish municipalities. In Villanueva del Arzobispo, Diego Ventura led a successful afternoon in rejoneo, earning a tail and two ears, alongside Roca Rey and David de Miranda.

In Aranjuez, Morante de la Puebla achieved a triumphant performance during the Goyesca, while in Daimiel, Manuel Jesús ‘El Cid’, Luis Miguel Vázquez, and Carlos Aranda shared a successful exit after a series of highly awarded performances. Other notable events include the Alfarero de Oro in Villaseca de la Sagra, where Jorge Hurtado delivered a standout performance despite being hindered by the sword, and a cutting competition in Laguna de Duero won by Francisco Pisador ‘Leguiche’.

Additionally, the festivities in Valdepeñas featured prominent figures such as Antonio Ferrera, Aníbal Ruiz, and El Fandi. In Carbonero el Mayor, Jorge Oliva demonstrated integrity during a difficult session with a challenging bull, despite earning trophies alongside Mario Arruza.
